Since revealing his renowned sequin-themed creations in February of 2017, Halpern’s career trajectory has continued to skyrocket to an unbelievable degree. Living up to this reputation, Halpern pushed its boundaries through this ethereal collection full of evening wear featuring multilayered prints in an explosion of color.
