New Luxury Brand by Frank Ocean is Making a Splash

Frank Ocean’s new luxury brand, called Homer, launches with handcrafted jewelry and printed silk scarves. Designed in New York and made in Italy, the brand launched an 84-page catalog designed and photographed by Ocean himself.
